2. Status According to the Trade Regulation Act

The party obliged to inform is registered as an Insurance Broker with a license according to § 34d para. 1 of the Trade Regulation Act (GewO) with the competent authority (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) and is listed in the Intermediary Register under registration number: D-MFV8-1KLLR-91.

3. Consultation and Remuneration

In the course of mediation, the party obliged to inform offers consultation in accordance with statutory requirements. For the successful mediation of an insurance contract, the broker receives a commission and, if applicable, a service fee from the product provider.

The broker receives further benefits as remuneration. These are already included in the insurance premium and are therefore not to be paid separately by the customer. Furthermore, a combination of commission and fee or a fee-only arrangement may be agreed upon. This depends on the specific needs of the customer and the products mediated.

5. Shareholdings / Participation

The party obliged to inform does not hold any direct or indirect interest of more than 10 percent in the voting rights or capital of any insurance company. No insurance company holds a direct or indirect interest of more than 10 percent in the broker's capital.
